We are continuing to investigate and monitor services.

  • 22/06/2016 15:32 - SEEMiS Services - Intermittent Connection Issues

SEEMiS is aware that a number of authorities have reported issues connecting to Click+Go services today.
Having carried out intensive investigations we have identified a number of our ‘connection pools’ used to connect to our services, becoming full and / or unavailable.
This can occur where wider connectivity issues are being experienced and we have since been notified of a potential Major Incident with SWAN services that took place earlier today.
We are attempting to find out more information on the status of this issue and will provide a further update as soon as any new information becomes available.
